The Whiteside County Health Department on Saturday announced four new cases of COVID-19, involving two people in their 50s and people in their 30s and 40s.

Lee, Ogle and Carroll counties do not report coronavirus statistics on the weekend.

Whiteside County has had 323 total cases and 16 COVID-related deaths. Lee County has had 134 cases, 117 recoveries and one death. Ogle County has had 378 cases, 347 recoveries and five deaths. Carroll County has had 44 cases, 27 recoveries and three deaths.

Illinois had 1,639 cases on Saturday and eight COVID-related deaths. The state has had 180,476 cases and 7,503 deaths.

Sterling has had 1,568 people tested and 128 cases. Rock Falls has had 902 tested and 63 cases. Dixon has had 2,783 tested and 128 cases. Rochelle has had 2,022 tested and 185 cases.
