CAMPTON HILLS – The annual United Fall Fest set to take place in September has been cancelled because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

"Given the current fight against the pandemic, COVID-19, and for the health and safety of our 200+ volunteers and our 2,000+ attendees, we feel the right thing to do is to suspend this year’s festival," states a post on the United Fall Fest's Facebook page.

The event is organized by the Congregational United Church of Christ in Campton Hills in partnership with the Fox Mill community and the Village of Campton Hills. Proceeds benefit a number of organizations.

Next year's United Fall Fest is set for Sept. 11.
