JOLIET – Rialto Square Theatre in Joliet just announced Alex Hoffer as the local musician who will perform during the musical portion of the "Dinner & A Quarantine Concert" event set for May 21.
Hoffer has been a full-time musician in the Chicago area for seven years, building a loyal following as well as a catalog of original music, a news release stated. Patrons will be able to place orders for dinners from Bella Cucina Catering that can be picked up from 4 to 6 p.m. May 21. Dinner costs $12 per person, and includes a serving of Bella stuffed chicken, asiago bow-tie pasta, Bella lettuce salad, roll and butter, and a dessert bar.
Orders must be placed by May 19, and should be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, along with a requested pickup time. A portion of the proceeds from each meal will be donated to Rialto Square Theatre.
At 6:30 p.m., Rialto Square Theatre will livestream Hoffer’s performance to its YouTube and Facebook pages. The concert will be free for all to stream. After the concert ends, it still will be available for viewing via Rialto Square Theatre’s social media and website.

Bella Cucina Catering is at 800 W. Jefferson St. in Joliet. It opened its doors 14 years ago in a historical building on the corner of Jefferson Street and Raynor Avenue. The family-owned, licensed and insured catering kitchen features homemade food with an upscale twist.
The Rialto Square Theatre is celebrating its 94th year in operation.
