SYCAMORE – Learn about healthy foods that can improve mental health from a registered dietitian nutritionist on Feb. 28.

Lisa Brandt will lead a "Mental Health Walk," 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at HyVee, 2700 DeKalb Ave., and show those who attend foods that are good for mental health.
