UPDATED 1:45 P.M. FRIDAY, NOV. 22:

LITTLE ROCK TOWNSHIP – An Aurora man was arrested for driving under the influence after a roll-over accident near Plano, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

Kendall County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at 11:30 p.m. Nov. 21 near the intersection of Galena Road and Creek Road in unincorporated Little Rock Township for a single vehicle roll-over accident.

Police said the driver and only occupant of the car Cole A. Stephens-Cool, 22, of the 600 block of North Constitution Drive in Aurora.

Sheriff's officials said Stephens-Cool was cited for improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle, property damage and leaving the scene of an accident.

Police also said that Stephens-Cool was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and for having a blood alcohol content of .08 or more.

Stephens-Cool was transported to Northwestern Medicine Valley West Hospital in Sandwich by Little Rock-Fox paramedics. He later was arrested for DUI at the hospital and transported to the Kendall County Corrections Center without incident.

Stephens-Cool has since been released from jail after posting bond of $300.
