It’s not too late to register a vehicle, float or other lighted entry in the Nov. 30 Spring Valley Lighted Santa Parade.

The parade — with the theme “Let it Glow, Let it Glow, Let Glow” — starts at 6 p.m., but the lineup starts an hour or more before that, at Hall High School.

Registration forms are available online at cityofspringvalley.godaddysites.com/popular-links.

Forms may be faxed, emailed or dropped off at city hall by the end of the business day Monday.

The parade is open to individuals, businesses and organizations from all communities. Walkers, vehicles and float entries are accepted. All must be lighted with appropriate holiday themes.

Commemorative participant pins are awarded, as well as and first-, second- and third-place awards, says Debb Ladgenski, city economic development director.

Entries can be mailed to: Spring Valley Boosters; Attn: Debb Ladgenski; 215 N. Greenwood St., Spring Valley, IL 61362, emailed to sveconomics@comcast.net or fax, (815) 664-2114
